The selection process for our Board is managed by the Nomination Committee which is chaired by Ian Russell, the Company’s Chairman. It seeks suitably skilled and experienced candidates as Non Executive Directors with sufficient time to devote to the role. It also oversees other Board appointments.

When considering candidates to fill Board vacancies the Nomination Committee seeks to recruit the strongest available individuals, always having regard to the benefits of, and the need to encourage, diversity among its membership.
