Rewards & Recognition
Our subsidiary businesses have differing pay structures based on their size and local market conditions. Progression within these pay structures is based on competence, achievement of qualifications and performance. We also operate bonus schemes for executive and sales staff. We offer a package of ‘SMART’ benefits to employees including childcare vouchers, a cycle to work scheme, pension savings and the opportunity to ‘buy’ additional annual leave.
Communication with employees continues to be of high importance and we provide employees with a weekly email newsletter and staff website offering news and information from across the Group.
