Annual General Meeting

The Company seeks to use its AGM to communicate with its small shareholders in particular and encourages them to attend. At the AGM, the Chief Executive makes a presentation to shareholders about the Group’s performance and future plans, and a number of issues are put to shareholders to vote on.
