In accordance with the Group’s current policy and the provisions of its financing arrangements, no dividend is currently paid on the Company’s ordinary shares.
The Company has two classes of preference shares: Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 each and “A” Preference Shares of £1 each, each of which attracts dividends of 13.75%, payable in two instalments at the end of June and December each year.
